We provide full-service print marketing and cooperative (co-op) direct mail campaigns for local businesses. Our services include but are not limited to the design, printing, and distribution of marketing materials such as postcards, business cards, menus, brochures, flyers, and more.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

• Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.

• Once an order is placed and payment is received, your order will enter the production queue and cannot be canceled.

4. Design and Approval

• We offer free ad creative design with each co-op placement.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs prior to printing.

• Once approved, no changes can be made, and The Old Ways Work is not liable for errors that were approved by the client.

5. Co-op Campaign Participation

• Space in co-op campaigns is limited and subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to deny participation to businesses that do not align with our brand values or meet the requirements of a given campaign.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials created by The Old Ways Work remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not reproduce or resell our materials without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Old Ways Work will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results or business outcomes from participation in our marketing campaigns.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once design work has started or printing has begun.

10. Modifications
